ACCOMODATION :

ATTENTION- DELEGATES OF THE IST ASIAN PHILOSOPHY CONGRESS

The organizers of the Congress have made effort to arrange accommodation on twin sharing basis for all the registered participants as far as possible in the following guest houses:

The rooms allotted in the above guesthouses have been already intimated to those participants who have provided their e-mail id to the organizers of the Congress. Accommodation particulars are also uploaded in the website of the Congress in PDF/Word File for information of the delegates. The accommodation would be available from March 5-9, 2010 and the delegates are supposed to vacate the rooms on March 10, 2010 before 12.00 Noon. The organizers would not take any responsibility for overstaying of the delegates. If the name of any registered participant who requested for accommodation is not appearing in the accommodation list, they are requested to contact the In-charge of accommodation,immediately.

Necessary arrangements are being made to provide standard dinner on March 5, 2010 and breakfast on March 6 & 10, 2010 at the respective guesthouses except hotel Residency. For the other days breakfast, lunch and dinner would be served at the venue of the Congress. The organizers will arrange pick-up and dropping facility from the respective guesthouses and back during the period March 6-10, 2010 as per details given below:

Dropping facility will be available once the programme of the day/dinner is over. Those who miss the bus may have to make their own arrangement to reach the venue/guest house.

For Breakfast/lunch and dinner at the venue, coupons will be distributed to all the registered participants since the above arrangement will be regulated against coupons only.

Rs 15/- for first Kilometer (upon downing the meter) and thereafter Rs. 8.50/- per Kilometer for every additional Kilometer

Registration Fee includes standard moderate accommodation/Dormitory on Sharing Basis on first come, first serve basis only.

If more comfortable/Deluxe accommodations rooms etc. is desired then it can be made available on extra payment to be born by the delegate. The extra payment amount may vary according to class and standard of accommodation/hotel etc. opted. We can arrange for opted comfortable/Deluxe accommodations rooms etc., however the request for the same should reach to us in proper advance.

Accommodation will be arranged for registered participants only on first come-first served basis.
